Inside the White House Conflict
An intense disagreement within political circles has drawn legal attention, centering around a disputed financial transfer. The alina habba mildon richard grenell dispute has brought competing claims regarding millions of dollars to the attention of White House counsel Will Scharf.
Lawyers representing Turhan Mildon submitted wire-transfer receipts and text messages to support accusations directed at former Kennedy Center director Ric Grenell. Grenell has strongly denied any involvement or wrongdoing related to the financial transactions.
The Disputed Funds and the Kennedy Center
At the center of the controversy is a $17.6 million transfer directed to a Texas defense equipment company known as TX-AT. Alina Habba asserted that her husband completed the transaction following instructions from Grenell in May 2025, operating under the belief that a portion totaling $5.6 million would be allocated to the performing arts institution.
According to reports, Habba raised her concerns directly during a discussion in the Oval Office with President Donald Trump. Meanwhile, representatives for the Kennedy Center indicated that the institution is reviewing relevant pledges and funds to share findings with its board.
Responses and Denials
Ric Grenell has rejected the accusations entirely, calling them baseless and demanding documented evidence from Mildon. Grenell stated that he had no financial connection to Mildon and never requested funds to be diverted under the pretense of supporting the Kennedy Center.
White House officials and other involved parties continue to look into the documentation provided as scrutiny surrounding the matter persists.
