Starting October 20, Burger King is rolling out a limited‑time Hello Kitty‑themed King Jr. Kids’ Meal across the United States. The offering pairs a standard kids’ menu choice with a mystery blind‑box toy featuring Hello Kitty and four other Sanrio characters.
The collaboration marks the first partnership between Burger King and Sanrio, the Japanese company that created Hello Kitty and a suite of other beloved characters.
We’re excited to deliver another fun and engaging King Jr. Meal – this time with the one and only Hello Kitty, said the chief marketing officer for Burger King U.S. and Canada.
Bringing Hello Kitty and Friends into the King Jr. Kids’ Meal creates something special for fans of all ages, noted Sanrio’s chief brand officer.
