The device comes with a dual-display configuration, offering a 2.8-inch main display paired with a 1.77-inch external screen. Built into a classic folding form factor, the hardware includes a removable 1,450mAh battery, a loudspeaker, a QVGA camera, 4MB of internal storage, an FM Radio receiver, and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
Buyers will be able to choose from three distinct color variants: Burgundy Red, Charcoal, and Teal.
Safety and Remote Management Tools
A standout addition to the handset is the Family Assist function. This capability lets designated family members manage the device remotely, enabling them to configure settings, add contacts, modify volume levels, and set reminders from afar.
Additionally, the rear panel houses a dedicated SOS button designed for emergencies. Activating this button initiates a call to a pre-set emergency number while simultaneously dispatching an alert message to up to five chosen contacts.
Connectivity Limitations and Market Availability
While the hardware addresses specific accessibility needs, it is limited to 2G network support. Consequently, its usability will be restricted in geographical areas where 2G services have already been phased out or discontinued.
At the time of the announcement, official pricing and release date details have not yet been disclosed by HMD.
