Janhvi Kapoor is set to share details about her bond with शिखर पहारिया, revealing the unwavering support he offered following the passing of her mother, veteran actress Sridevi, in 2018. During an upcoming appearance on an entertainment talk show alongside Varun Dhawan, the actress will explain how shikhar pahariya stood by her through a deeply challenging period.

Support After Sridevi's Death

Sridevi tragically passed away in Dubai in February 2018 due to accidental drowning in a bathtub. Speaking about the aftermath, Janhvi recalled that शिखर पहारिया was studying in London at the time and chose to take a break from his semester. He returned to Mumbai, initially staying with his father before moving to a friend's house in Juhu for a month to remain close in case she needed him.

Longstanding Bond and Emotional Security

Although the pair have not officially confirmed their relationship status, Janhvi has previously highlighted veer pahariya and her connection to the family, noting on a podcast that शिखर पहारिया has been a consistent source of emotional security. In an earlier interview, she mentioned that they have known each other since they were teenagers around 15 or 16 years old, sharing dreams and a feeling of having raised each other.

Family Support Through Loss

Alongside the backing she received from शिखर पहारिया, Janhvi has also spoken about her sister Khushi's reaction during the initial moments of grief, remembering how her sister immediately set aside her own tears to comfort her when the news arrived.
