Kim Kardashian Looks Back at Her Time on Dancing With the Stars
Reality television star kim kardashian recently opened up about her challenging run on reality dance competitions, revealing that her time in the ballroom left lasting emotional scars. During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the 45-year-old star reflected on her stint during season 7 of the program.
Kardashian explained that she struggled deeply with shyness during her time on the show, admitting that she would cry in her trailer every single night and pray for an early elimination. Partnered with professional dancer Mark Ballas, she survived for three weeks before being voted off.
Traumatized for Life and Reliving the Past
Reflecting further on the experience, the Skims cofounder stated that the environment left her so overwhelmed that she has never danced again since her elimination. Host Jimmy Kimmel played a brief archival clip of her routines, prompting her to admit that she could not even bear to watch the footage.
The topic recently resurfaced during a family gathering when her sister Kylie Jenner pulled up old footage on a large screen during a poker night. Although initially caught off guard, Kardashian got up in front of the screen and briefly remembered some of her old moves, noting that she wished she possessed her current level of confidence back then.
Pitches an All-Kardashian-Jenner Season
Reliving those moments inspired a fresh concept for the franchise. Kardashian revealed that she pitched the idea of an entire season featuring only members of the Kardashian-Jenner family competing against each another. According to the star, her sisters loved the proposal.
While uncertainty remains over whether ABC would ever produce such a special edition, Kardashian confirmed that she would be willing to step back onto the dance floor under those circumstances.
