McDonald’s Announces Five New Holiday Menu Items for the Winter Season
McDonald’s is rolling out a fresh winter beverage lineup featuring cranberry crafted sodas and spiced cookie butter coffees starting November 3.

McDonald’s is expanding its beverage selection with five seasonal additions for the upcoming winter months. Alongside the returning McRib, the fast-food chain is introducing a collection of festive drinks designed to bring holiday flavors to its crafted sodas, energizers, and McCafé coffee options.
The rollout arrives nationwide at participating locations on November 3, staying on menus for a limited time. The winter rollout follows previous beverage successes, bringing entirely new flavor profiles to customers looking for seasonal treats.
New Cranberry Crafted Sodas and Energizers
Building on earlier popular beverage releases like the Red Bull Dragonberry Energizer and the Sprite Berry Blast, the chain is incorporating orange and cranberry frosted cranberry notes into two distinct sparkling drinks.
- Red Bull Frosted Cranberry Energizer: Combines Red Bull with frosted cranberry flavor, finished with cold foam and cranberry sprinkles to tone down the signature sweetness.
- Frosted Cranberry Splash with Sprite: Delivers a spiced cranberry soda taste profile complemented by a sweet cold foam topping.
Cookie Butter Coffees Take Over McCafé
In addition to the sparkling beverages, McDonald’s is replacing its all-day Caramel Apple Pie McCafé lineup with a trio of spiced cookie butter drinks. Each option features rich caramel and warming spice notes reminiscent of holiday cookies.
Customers can order the new Cookie Butter Latte, Cookie Butter Iced Coffee, or the blended Cookie Butter Frappé. Every coffee beverage in this new range is finished with a layer of vanilla whipped cream and a dusting of cookie crumbs.
