Within this evaluation framework, the leadership of ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ secured a prominent position in the top ten tier. Garnering 842 points, the state administration achieved the sixth spot in the overall standings, reflecting favorably in the criteria reviewed during the multi-phase analysis.

The evaluation categorized the top 15 leaders into distinct groups, with the first ten receiving best chief minister recognitions. The assessment noted that the top three positions were held by leaders from Bharatiya Janata Party-governed states, led by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with 897 points, followed by Uttarakhand Chief Minister పుష్కర్ సింగ్ ధామీ and Assam Chief Minister హిమంత బిశ్వ శర్మ.
