Oracle Investor Event Outlines Long-Term Growth and Cash Flow Goals
Oracle shared its financial roadmap through fiscal 2030 during a recent corporate event, easing previous market worries regarding artificial intelligence spending.

Oracle Investor Gathering Details Fiscal 2030 Targets
Oracle Corporation recently hosted a corporate gathering in Las Vegas to outline its medium-term financial guidance and long-term outlook. Company leadership detailed operational strategies expected to drive total revenue past $225 billion by fiscal 2030.
Addressing Market Concerns and Cash Flow
The announcements helped alleviate prior worries regarding artificial intelligence spending and debt. Following the disclosures, the oracle share price jumped 11 percent as observers gained clarity on future financing structures and debt management.
Leadership outlined expectations for profitability and free cash flow across various business models. After a period of peak capital expenditures projected for fiscal 2027 and 2028, spending is expected to step down. This reduction supports a target free cash flow of $30 billion or more for fiscal 2029.
Funding Strategy and Capital Allocation
During the presentations, executives committed to limiting further funding requirements through fiscal 2030 to $20 billion. This amount is planned as a split between $10 billion in equity and $10 billion in gross debt, excluding any refinancing of existing obligations. Vendor financing and customer prepayments are expected to assist in lowering upfront cash requirements during the transition.
Oracle reaffirmed its outlook for fiscal 2027, anticipating total revenue of at least $90 billion and a non-GAAP earnings per share of $8.10. Corporate priorities continue to focus on maintaining investment-grade credit ratings, distributing dividends, and funding new growth opportunities.
